According to TMZ, the "Terminator 3" actor hasn't been seen since May 9th - which led his wife of 3 years, Rose, to file a missing persons report.After splitting with his Stahl in January, Rose filed court papers in February asking a judge to limit visitations with their 2-year-old daughter, Marlo, to eight supervised hours a week because she suspected her ex was using drugs.

Sources tell TMZ that Stahl was believed to be making recent visits to the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles and, in the missing persons report, his former wife expressed concern that substance abuse may have something to do with his disappearance.

The report was filed at 10 a.m. on Monday and LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera tells PEOPLE, "I can confirm that he's missing and, as of now, he is still missing."
