According to Hopatcong police, the 28-year-old made three 911 calls on June 10. Each time, he refused to give the dispatchers any information on why he was calling. The man then called headquarters.
Police went to his house to make sure there was no emergency. When they arrived, the man’s mother was at the door and allowed them inside.
