Federline — the father of Britney Spears‘ two kids — is being sued by his former landlord for more than $110k in damages to a mansion he rented back in 2008. The landlord claimed Federline trashed the place and then refused to pay rent money.
But Federline has denied the claims, insisting “damages to the home were actually due to normal wear and tear, and other damages were caused by GOLF BALLS hitting the property.”
Federline claims he struck an oral deal with Malek back in 2009 in which he paid $60,000 to cover any missing back-rent and agreed to let his former landlord keep his entire security deposit.
Kevin says that the 2009 deal “acts as full satisfaction and discharge of these disputes.” He’s seeking recovery of his attorney fees, statutory damages and twice the amount of his security deposit,

Joseph Malek claims K-Fed not only destroyed his mansion, but also stiffed him on seven months worth of rent. Malek threatened Federline with a lawsuit back in 2009, and previously claimed Federline did more than $110,000 in damage to his mansion in Tarzana, California in 2008. Now, Malek is asking a judge to make Federline pay up.
