The company was formed in 1969 by Jeannde Herst
and RoseAnn Sayler as an outlet for serious students
to perform and enrich their dancing careers.
Reviewed in the San Francisco Chronicle as a

An auditioned cast of over 100 Menlo Park Academy of Dance students and the professional company members of Dancers Repertory Theatre combine for an enchanting time for all ages.
