Ya existen especulaciones de que Julia Orayen fue una chica implantada en el debate por parte de los Priistas, quienes aprovechando su influencia y mal uso del poder, han querido darle a los ciudadanos y a la prensa una excusa y una distracción, para olvidarse del ridículo que hizo Enrique Peña Nieto en el debate mientras los otros tres candidatos lo hacían pedazos con verdades que no pudo desmentir.Se han dado muchas explicaciones en lo que respecta a este grave error, que como mencionamos anteriormente parece una artimaña de la más baja categoría. Sea una fechoría del PRI o una decisión tonta de la organización y producción del IFE, cosas como esta no deberían ocurrir, no porque la chica no pueda participar en un evento como el debate, sino por la implicación social, cultural y la imagen que da México al mundo, desde su estructura más básica a la más complicada, con este tipo de errores se ve a México desde fuera exactamente igual como los mexicanos (la mayoría) ven a Enrique Peña Nieto.
Se menciona que la libertad persiste y que las mujeres pueden vestirse y utilizar la ropa que ellas quieran. Y estamos totalmente de acuerdo, pero a su vez, como se ha comentado, esto propicia que las mujeres en México sigan siendo vistas como un objeto y no como personas capaces y pensantes.

Immediately, viewers worldwide ignored the candidates and began searching out who was the mystery woman. But now three days after the debate, few can remember who were the candidates and what were their issues.
Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) however has told news that they are happy for the attention the debate has generate, but apologize for Julia’s appearance. They claim it was “production error associated with the dress of an assistant”.
Alfredo Figueroa, director of IFE, is sorry for the situation. He said he had asked Julia to wear a “sober dress”, whatever that means. So what went wrong? Julia Orayen tells news “It was my only choice for a long dress. I didn’t think it would reveal as much or cause this much scandal. The image of Miss Orayen, wearing her tight white dress, revealing her cleavage, was splashed across newspaper front pages, entirely detracting from the debate and leading to an apology from Federal Electoral Institute to both the candidates and viewers.
Miss Orayen took the blame for the incident herself, saying the production company had instructed her to wear a long, white dress, but that she picked out the offending garment from her own wardrobe.
“It was my only choice for a long dress. I didn’t think it would reveal as much or cause this much scandal,” she said. “I learned I like myself better when I’m covered up.”
Officials are calling Sunday's incident an accident, blaming the situation on a production assistant who was hired by Federal Electoral Institute to help assist with the debate. Alfredo Figueroa, director of the Institute and the man responsible for organizing the event, explained that he had requested an aide in "sober dress."
Julia Orayen is a former Playboy Playmate. She has appeared in several different publications wearing little to nothing at all. On Sunday after being told to pick a long dress, Orayen said she picked the only long dress she owned.
"It was my only choice for a long dress. I didn't think it would reveal as much or cause this much scandal," she later told Tres TV Network. "I learned I like myself better when I'm covered up."
The long white dress in which Orayen took the stage was form fitting with a deep, plunging neckline that revealed more than a fair amount of cleavage. The scandal quickly took attention away from the election, with even some of the political candidates themselves admitting that they had been distracted.
Gabriel Quadri, who is running for the Alliance Party, admitted that Orayen had made a diversion in the midst of the debate."It is impossible not to concentrate your attention on a woman so spectacular," Quadri told MVS radio.
Orayen was given the responsibility of going on stage with an urn filled with names to decide which order the candidates would speak in.
